Through one-on-one training with the OneSeed Teacher Training Team, I have been able to adopt a series of teaching strategies for lessons and practices as a teacher.
The relevance of students led discussions and differentiation of lessons have added the extra touch to my lessons. Students performance and participation is growing at an increasing rate!
Classroom management strategies at the beginning of the year was daunting and stressful, after a series of engagement from the OneSeed Teacher Training Team my class has moved to more engaging and friendly atmosphere. I now understand the root cause of most behaviors in the classroom and how to handle them.
The introduction of ICT in my lessons has reduced the work load, I include more audio visuals in my lessons for effective teaching and learning. OneSeed impacts on students and teachers are immeasurable. Teachers are now trying new things and handling students with the needed care and support. I wish Oneseed could stay for another year.

OneSeed training and mentorship is a blessing to me, I couldn’t have paid for such great service yet offered for free. The past 6 months have been a journey of self rediscovery as a teacher.
My classroom management has been redefined and improving to ensure effective teaching and learning. Classroom discipline was my biggest challenge, but through guidance of the teacher trainers, I have adopted a positive and brain aligned discipline.
My relationship with students and classroom atmosphere have inspired a new dimension of teaching. Through differentiation strategies, I have been able to attend to individual learning needs.

My experience with OneSeed has been great. I call them my "third eye". This is because they've helped me to identify certain issues in the classroom; those I don't see because I'm not around or don't notice even in my presence.
Working together with them has been fun and inspirational. For example, I enjoyed working on classroom management. And even though I'm not perfect with it, I've improved. The Behavior Chart has also helped me to check my pupils' conduct and academics.
We as a class appreciate the support of OneSeed and their gifts too! I look forward to a more exciting, fun filled and activity packed term.
